Shipping Policy

At Beauty Personified Custom Wigs and Hair Loss, we ensure all orders within the US are dispatched via FEDEX, USPS, or DHL, complete with receipt confirmation and insurance. Following the order processing period, the expected delivery timeframe is approximately 7-14 business days. Should your order need to be delivered to a PO BOX, we will ship it exclusively through USPS. All orders are shipped subsequent to the confirmation and clearance of payment.

We reserve the right to modify the delivery method listed on our site to one of equivalent reliability and efficiency. It’s important to note that shipping costs, which are required to be paid in full when placing your order, may vary from the actual rates provided by the carrier.

Handling of Non-Deliverable, Lost, or 'Return to Sender' Packages:

Should your package be undeliverable and returned to our facility, the cause is often due to incomplete or incorrect address details, as indicated by a "Returned to Sender" status in your tracking information.

Common reasons for return include:

Non-existent shipping addresses Errors in the shipping address as provided by the customerIncomplete shipping address details, such as missing apartment, building, or suite numbersThe carrier's inability to deliver safely after at least one attemptChange in the addressee’s locationRefusal of the package by the addressee

In such cases, the items will be restocked, and you will be credited with an E-Gift Card for the value of your purchase, deducting the original shipping cost and a restocking fee of $35.

Please note, we cannot replace or reship items in these situations since all returns are managed by our Returns Department. We recommend using the E-Gift Card to place a new order with the corrected address, though we cannot ensure that the same items will be available or at the same price as your initial purchase.

Ordering and Address Accuracy:

Once orders are placed in our system, we are unable to make alterations. To facilitate proper delivery, please ensure that your address is complete and accurate, including the appropriate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and routing information if necessary.

Beauty Personified Custom Wigs and Hair Loss is not accountable for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. A flat restocking fee of $35 will be applied to all returns and shipments marked

'Return to Sender.'
