What exactly happens during the 60-minute Blueprint session?

The 1st half of our session is a focused, collaborative deep-dive. We'll start by reviewing your intake form together. Then, I'll guide you through a series of assessment questions about your hair, health, and lifestyle. The second half of the session is dedicated to analyzing your hair & scalp under a 200x microscope in-person and co-creating your personalized Hair Health Blueprint, where I'll outline specific, actionable steps for you to take as well as products and tools to use. You'll have plenty of time to ask any questions you have.

Is this a virtual or in-person session? I don't live in your city.

That's the beauty of this service! The Hair Health Blueprint is a 50% virtual session conducted over a secure video call & 50% in-person if you are local. If you aren't local I will provide instructions on how to acquire the tools needed to proceed 100% virtually. This allows me to work with clients across the country and around the world. All you need is an internet connection.

Is the session fee refundable?

No, the fee for the Hair Health Blueprint is for the assessment service and the creation of your personalized plan, and is non-refundable. It's a valuable, standalone service. However, we do apply the full fee as a service credit toward any larger program you enroll in within 30 days of our session.

What if I don't move forward with a full program?

At the end of our session, I will recommend a clear path forward. If you choose to enroll in one of my full programs (like our multi-month hair restoration plan or a custom wig creation), the full amount you paid for the Blueprint will be credited to that program's cost, making the Blueprint your risk-free first step.

I'm not very tech-savvy. Will the virtual process be difficult?

Not at all. The process is very simple. After you book, you'll receive an email with a calendar invite that has a single link to click at the time of our appointment. If you can click a link, you can do this! We handle all the technology so you can focus on your hair health journey.

Will you try to sell me a bunch of expensive products?

Absolutely not. My goal is to create clarity, not confusion. Your personalized Blueprint will include specific recommendations, which may include a mix of professional-grade products, over-the-counter options, and lifestyle adjustments. My recommendations are 100% based on what I believe will work for you, not on selling a particular product line. You are in complete control of what you choose to purchase.

What if your recommended plan includes hands-on services? How does that work if I'm not local?

This is a great question. Your personalized Blueprint is designed to be actionable regardless of your location. For any recommended hands-on treatments or services, I will provide you with guidance on how to find and vet qualified professionals in your local area. For product or custom wig recommendations, those can be shipped directly to you. My primary goal is to give you the expert plan; you are never required to travel to me.

What happens after the Blueprint session?

At the end of our session, I will recommend a clear path forward.
