Our session is a focused, collaborative deep-dive. We'll start by reviewing your intake form together. The second half of the call is dedicated to co-creating your personalized Hair Health Blueprint, where I'll outline specific, actionable steps for you to take. You'll have plenty of time to ask any questions you have.

Is this a virtual or in-person session? I don't live in your city.

That's the beauty of this service! The Hair Health Blueprint is a 100% virtual 60-minute session conducted over a secure video call. This allows me to work with clients across the country and around the world. All you need is an internet connection.

Is the $497 session fee refundable?

No, the fee for the Hair Health Blueprint is for the 60-minute diagnostic service and the creation of your personalized plan, and is non-refundable. It's a valuable, standalone service. However, we do apply the full fee as a service credit toward any larger program you enroll in within 30 days of our session.

What if I don't move forward with a full program?

That's completely fine. You will still walk away with your comprehensive Hair Health Blueprint PDF—a valuable, strategic document that you own and can implement on your own. The service credit is simply a bonus for those who want my hands-on help to implement the plan.

I'm not very tech-savvy. Will the virtual process be difficult?

Not at all. The process is very simple. After you book, you'll receive an email with a calendar invite that has a single link to click at the time of our appointment. If you can click a link, you can do this! We handle all the technology so you can focus on your hair health journey.

Will you try to sell me a bunch of expensive products?

Absolutely not. My goal is to create clarity, not confusion. At the end of our session, I will recommend a clear path forward.
